Christoph Delp ist Diplom-Betriebswirt, Autor und Trainer für Functional Fitness, Kampfsport und Selbstverteidigung. Von 1995 bis 2001 ließ er sich in Thailand zum Muay Thai (Thai-Box)-Trainer ausbilden und hat dabei erfolgreich an Vergleichskämpfen teilgenommen. Danach leitete er u.a. einen Kampfsport-Verein im Süden Thailands. Seine Erfahrungen als Sportler und Trainer gibt er in seinen international beliebten Büchern, DVDs und Apps weiter.
